During this 6-week challenge I learned that the keys to losing weight are eating clean and working out along with a great attitude. Before I started at Results Transformation in Elk Grove, I had tried many ways to lose weight including the gym. However I didn’t have the proper tools for my success and losing weight has always been hard for me. Due to this program, weight loss is still a challenge but the difference is that with Results Transformation I was successful.

I just completed the 6 week challenge! I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks! This program is very effective, but you have to commit to it! Exercise and Healthy Eating! The coaches are fantastic and bring such a great energy to every class. The nutrition plan is very simple to follow and the exercise is very effective and fun! Well, what can I say. It's been an incredible journey. I've tried losing weight before but this time was different. This time I had help, support and a plan. The program works, the coaches are incredibly dedicated and awesome to work with. The meal plan helps you change your lifestyle not just a temporary fix but an actual change in how you look at food and the part it plays in your life.
