I'm so happy I made the first step to join the 6 weeks transformation challenge. I've tried losing weight at so many other gyms and I just felt lost. I didn't know what I needed to do. Love this location. The coaches are extreme! Without results transformation, I'm pretty sure I would still be on the couch. The time passes anyway make the best of it. #resultsarereal.

This program is Amazing and seriously life changing! The coaches help you every step of the way! If you are like me and scared to workout all I can say is Try it out! It changed my whole perspective on working out and getting fit. It's fun, tough, and completely worth it!
Elk grove isn't my home gym but I love it just as much. The coaches are great! Temptations with oz being right across but that's ok. Can't go wrong with any of the results locations. I try to make it at least one class a week usually Saturday morning because I need my dose of JB!
