I joined results for my first challenge June 2015, I was skeptical at first, but after listening to Matt weavers transformation story during orientation it really opened up my eyes that I could change my life style and decided to start my journey to a better me! I visited this location on a weekend for a change of scenery. The coaches were so pumped up and excited. Great music and a great workout. Had a great time!
I've always been one of those girls who was going to hit the gym just as soon as I lost 30 lbs so I'd feel comfortable working out in public. Well, Results TS changed my flawed mindset! From day one I felt comfortable working out in a large group. It's an amazingly supportive environment! The coaches know their stuff and truly want you to succeed. Bring your sense of humor, because somehow, they get us to laugh, even in the middle of a crazy, intense workout!
I finished my second round and I've lost a total of 37.8 pounds I could have never done that on my own. Results Transformation Center has made a big difference in my life. If you want to make a change in your health, weight and lifestyle for the better, I recommed RTC especially the Elk Grove center the coaches there are supportive and the atmosphere is very positive great job Elk Grove RTC
I love results transformation center it is just amazing when I first started I drank just about 1-2 energy drinks 2-3 large cups of coffee everyday just to function since I work the graveyard shift I never had the energy to keep up with my kids even with all that caffeine it was something that needed to change and results transformation was that change I did achieve losing 20lbs exactly but I also lost the need for caffeine and need for naps and I gain so much more time fully being with my kids it wasn't with out obstacles I... read more
OMG! I absolutely love RESULTS! My weight has been a huge struggle for me my whole life! With this program I've lost 21.4 pounds in 6 WEEKS!! The program is NOT easy! It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, saying NO to temptations, blood, sweat and tears.. and ITS WORTH EVERY SECOND OF IT!
