I just completed my second round of the 6 week challenge and I'm 46.6 lbs down and I couldn't be happier!! I honestly don't have the words to describe how thankful I am that I found results. I am learning so much about myself mentally and physically and results helps me push my self to my limits everyday, and get the best results possible! Please, please do yourself a favor and try it out for yourself, you won't regret it! No one said it would be easy, but I promise it will be worth it!! Love results!!!
