Results is by far my favorite gym. The environment, the coaches, the people all make this place a fun place to be. Also everyone is working hard towards the same goal to lose weight and live healthier lives. The workouts are always challenging but any fitness level can do them. Coaches are always willing to provide modifications for those who may have injuries and progressions for people who are more capable. This program has been life changing for my 16 year old! He's lost over 100lbs! The coaches genuinely care for your well being; they are patient, understanding and push you hard and believe in you. They take time to work with you. They're not just coaches they're good friends. Results is appropriately named, cause if following the plan completely that is exactly what you get "RESULTS " I recommend this to all my friends and family! So much that last Christmas I gifted them all a gift card to join!

So when I first signed up I was kind of nervous. I knew this would be a huge commitment. I started of really shy and to myself but after a while I opened up. The very first day all I could say was "OMG what did I get myself into!". The first week hurt but it was well worth it being that I lost like 6 pounds. The workouts are amazing and you really feel the burn and they are effective. The coaches are funny and won't let you just fall in the back unnoticed. I was extremely nervous when I first started this program. I had never really stepped foot in a gym either. After my first workout, sitting in my car, I completely lost it. I had overcome one of my biggest fear (stepping in a gym) and the part that touched me the most was how good of an experience it was conquering that fear. This is hands down the best gym that I have ever been apart of. I hopped on the opportunity to do the 6 week 20 pound challenge and lost 25 pounds. I'm now moving onto a second round challenge to see if I can get an additional 20 pounds off. Joining Results is honestly the best decision that I've made this year. I highly recommend you check it out.

This is by far the best place I have ever worked out at. The works are challenging but you never feel defeated. The coaches are awesome and the other members are so encouraging and supportive that you never leave felling like you are going to fail, you will succeed and triumph. I am looking forward to the 20lb loss, and getting stronger and healthier with every day. Love it, i will never stop.
