I can not give this place enough stars! If you are wondering how to get started on the road to a better you, start here!! From the Coaching staff, to the work-outs, to the meal planning, Results will guide you through all of the seemingly large hurdles. Everyday there were noticable improvements that I could feel and see. Dont think about it, just join. They will give you the tools to do the rest!!! If you're like me you are seeing Results all over your fb- now I know why! This place Rocks! They will take you step by step to a healthier you. From the Awesome workouts that push you in new ways every time you go through the doors, to the food prep coaching- you will not believe the positive energy from your fitfam & support system from the coaches you will have in your life! I could not be happier that I finally took this step!
It is a happy, upbeat, and supportive gym. Coaches and members are really welcoming and friendly. Workouts are tough, challenging, and of sufficient variety to keep you from getting bored, but consistent enough so you don't always feel awkward. I was a challenger and will be a member for a while. I feel stronger and better every time I go.
I have just completed my first 6 week challenge. The coaches and all staff are amazing. This was not an easy challenge by no means, but it was def the best challenge ever. The workouts are very intense but well worth it. You leave there and can't wait to come back for more. This challenge has been one of the hardest things I've had to do to lose weight but I would totally do it again. The results are great. Results Transformation the working out part is amazing I actually enjoy getting up early and being energized all day. The only thing I had a problem with was getting a direct answer from the coaches. I think they should have weekly meeting so everyone knows policy so when questions come up its no one million and one answers to one simple question. This program has been great. I'm looking forward to doing another challenge till I hit my goal. The people are great and they help motivate us. The one thing I like the most is that they help and educate us on each exercise and at the same time remind us why the meal plan is the way it is and how important it is for out bodies.
