This was my first day of the challenge and it was great. I love how everyone helps each other and encourages one another. This was a great experience for me. I got the results I wanted
Results was the kick in my pants that I needed to get motivated again! Excuses were easy, Results however, held you accountable and want nothing more than to see you succeed! If joining Results is a thought that has crossed your mind, DO IT! You will not regret changing your life for the better!
Results taught me how to eat properly every 2.5 -3 hours. I also learned how to plan my meals for a week. I understand how important it is to stay healthy. I realize now that hard work and dedication bring results.
Just finished first six weeks. I lost 23 pounds & feel a lot better. Big thank you to the training staff for everything u do. The program is challenging, but fun. Thank results, I hope I can chugging along!
I completed my first six week challenge and was able to lose 25 lbs. The coaches are very supportive. Currently in second round thank you results! My wife and I learned a lot about nutrition and proper form when lifting weights while participating in the challenge. Look forward to completing second challenge. Highly recommend this program
