Not sure where to start. I just finished my first challenge, so excited to feel stronger and leaner. Special thanks to our Elk Grove coaches, staff & participants for the teamwork that transforms lives. Excited about moving on to challenge #2 next week.
I was nervous at first committing myself to something so serious and paying the original starting fee BUT it was worth every penny!!! I have never enjoyed working out for such a long time!! The coaches are so fun and encouraging!! The groups of people I work out with are just as amazing and encouraging!!! I am excited to start my second round of six weeks!!! GO RESULTS!!!
My experience with Results in Elk Grove was great. The program is challenging, but they help you stick to the program and your goals. Everyone is very motivating. I would recommend this program to others and am very satisfied with the results. I look forward to more challenges and maintaining this healthy lifestyle.
Well today I just finished my first 6 week challenge. I am so happy that I opened the Facebook pop up from Results Transformation Center and took a chance at going to the orientation. This has been the best thing I've done for myself. I had a great experience at Results Transformation Center. I completed my six week challenge and lost 21.8 pounds. I learned how to eat healthy. Thank you to the coaches at the Elk Grove location, you were very helpful and motivating. Both my wife and I successfully completed our challenges. We enjoyed working out together.
