I am so grateful that I was introduced to Results Transformation Center! I have never really had the desire to go to the gym until now. Everyone works out together as a team. I started this challenge not knowing what to expect, just hoping to lose enough weight so my clothes fit better. I ended up losing 22 pounds and 13 inches. To me, the most important thing was I enjoyed the workouts. The coaches pushed me, I was surrounded by upbeat, focused people, and it was a great stress reliever. This program really worked for me and where I am in my life. Looking forward to round 2!
The Results Transformation Challenge is amazing. At 60 years old one would think I know to eat right and exercise, but I wasn't doing it on my own. Didn't make the 20 lb goal, but still love this gym. I've lost more pounds in six weeks with Results than I did with other gyms in the past 4 yrs. Also got me into eating healthier. Results definitely help change my lifestyle.
First of all shoutouts to all the coaches! They simply Rock, no better coaches than the ones at Elk Grove center. There was not a single day I walked out of gym without a smile on my face and feeling exhausted at the same time. All the coaches always have high level of enthusiasm and energy. The best part is that they keep ur motivation always very high. And as they say, "It doesn't get easy, you just get stronger" . The two things that you need to work on is STICK TO THE FOOD PLAN and go to the gym.
So thankful that I started Results Elk Grove. I've tried other gyms and diets and nothing ever seemed to work, but with all the coaches' help and encouragement...I was able to lose the 20lbs in the 1st round and now I am going on to the 2nd round to go at it even stronger. It may be hard to go to the gym with all the responsibilities and time limits, but I'm sure glad that I conquered all those obstacles as well on my way to finish my challenge. I love attending results in Elk Grove. The trainers are so supportive and push you towards your goals towards being strong and shedding that weight. The people who attend every class are working hard just like you, which in turn pushes everyone to work harder. Love this place.
