Have tried other programs but this one makes me want to keep coming back. Even on my down or bad days the staff at Elk Grove knows how to say the right things to encourage me to stay. Hey, 26 pounds in 6 weeks, not bad!
I love RESULTS! It has totally change my life and this program make do things that I would never thought I would do!!! Like sticking to a meal plan and not cheating and for once in my life eating Breakfast!! Be more active, more happy, feel sexy and wear clothes that it was too tight on me!! I took 6 week challenge last year I loved it. I met the challenge too. To do my thyroid problem it's hard for me to lose weight but going to Results I lost the weight
Besides make a new lifestyle, I've found a family. They are the best. No on looks down on you, only encourages you. Everyone is on the same Page. Tomorrow i do my weigh out and I'm pretty sure i hoy this. I will definitely continue as a member when my challenge ends and right now I'm down 65 lbs. I love results. Thank you coaches and directors for your help
