Results transformation elk grove is by far the best gym out there . its not just any ole gym its a transformation center where people come together to help motivate eachother to reach their goals. I am extremely happy I gave this program a shot because I am on my way to being in the best shape of my life thanks to results. The staff is amazing and they make coming to workouts fun. They are all there to support you and legitimately want you to succeed. The workouts are awesome and I find myself working out areas I would have never thought to work out. Everyday its something different and they still keep it fun and interesting. Anyone who is considering this gym should give in a try and I promise it wont be a mistake.
Just completed my first 20lbs/6week challenge. I knew I could do it but also had my doubts (What if life happens? Will I be able to see this through?) Well I did!! I have lost 21.6lbs in 6 weeks!! I feel amazing, I have tons of energy, I am down a dress size and I have made so great new friends! I love the team work out sessions and the coaches are really amazing!! This was the hardest, most awesome, mind blowing, confidence building, life changing experience I have ever had!!! I'm so glad and thankful that this place exist!!
