**Update** I just finished up Round 2 and dropped another 22lbs. bringing me to 49lbs overall! Although a bit more difficult than Round 1, the coaches (Lisa, Otis, Chris) helped me along the way and motivated me to workout harder and STTFP. After several attempts of other dieting/workout plans failing. I think I've found one that I can actually stick with. At the beginning it was a challenge, needing to follow a strict food plan and workout routine, I thought it would be impossible. Today I have finished my six week challenge at results transformation and I am down 21.6 lbs thanks to my fit/fam at Elk Grove Results transformation center I love this program so much because they help you step by step as well as they push and motivate you. After 6 weeks I lost 20.8 lbs and moving into a second round! I'm more aware of what I put in my body and I am living a healthier lifestyle. One thing I would change is I should have took it more serious from the beginning. My advice to anyone who is looking at doing the challenge is to stick to the plan and get your 30 work outs done ahead of time. The coaches at the Elk Grove gym are great and they help to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly so we do not injure ourselves. It costs a lot but it is worth it.
I am just finish my first 6 week challenge and it has been a awesome. The couches gave me fun and challenging experience. The coches are great they make workouts fun and the time flys there. Thanks to the couches and also to my fit fam for always cheering me on.
I'm not usually someone who likes to be part of a group experience like this. However, I am very glad I did it. Several people in my office had done the program and had been successful so my competitive nature was inspired as well as my cheap nature...I wanted to get my money back. I'm not gonna lie, sticking to the food program is difficult and I did cheat a few times, but always got back on the wagon. Maybe, I'm not very creative but I got very bored with the food. Results has helped me tremendously. I used to not want to workout or diet or when I did I only did it for a week or two, now I enjoy working out! Super motivating definitely a great choice
