I recently completed my first round of the 6 Weeks 20lb Challenge. I lost 21lb!!! this plan realy works!! it is a combination of the the eating and the workout that really works! Resuts Transformation is the best I have done! The coaches are amazing, and working in groups is great!! One hour workouts goes really fast. I just recently finished my 2nd challenge and although I didn't make my weight I have successfully lost 30lbs with results! It's safe to say I became a member I love the support you get from the moment you walk in the door. I have been on my weight loss journey for about 5 years and now with results I'm almost at a weight that I will have to maintain thanks to this amazing program. I highly recommend results!
I just finish my round 1 20lbs 6 week challenge. I feel great and full of energy after losing 25lbs. I have more energy for my kids and more active at work. I recently finished round 1 of my 6 week results challenge. I had 6 weeks to lose 20 lbs. and I succeeded by losing 23. It was a such a pleasant experience each and every one of my 30 work outs. All I had to do was show up and the workouts were laid out for us/me. I have been members at other gyms but this one just seemed to top all of them. The coaches are very motivating and friendly. I just finished the 6 weeks challenge and lost 20.6 pounds. The workouts were grueling but hella fun. You meet great people all working hard to become their best self. The coaches are fabulous and quite entertaining. They know how to keep you motivated with great music and varying workouts so you don't get bored. Coach O, JB n Weaver r crazy mad fun. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone who struggles with staying committed to the weight loss journey.
To say the six week challenge was tough would be an understatement. You learn a lot about yourself and how deep you can really dig. That said, it's so true that success is also determined by a strong support system. The coaches, members and other challengers that made up my fit fam were beyond great. Chris, O and Lisa along with so many others really are there so everyone can succeed and make life changing steps forward. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for that jump start into a healthier you.
