I just finish my finish my 6 week challenge this past Saturday and it has been a rewarding fun and challenging experience. The coaches make the workouts energetic and fun. The coaches push you to do your best each time and make sure you are maximum your potential. Everyone in the class is always so nice and pushes you to do your best. I can't wait to start my next challenge and recommend any one looking to get into shape to try out the challenge.
I just completed my 1st 6 week challenge and lost 23.6lbs. The coaches are amazing, the environment is my happy hour for real, and the people are supportive. I made new positive and supportive friends and have more energy for my kids and a better new life. It was the hardest thing I had to do as is just as much mental & physical actions. First of all shoutouts to all the coaches! They simply Rock, no better coaches than the ones at Elk Grove center. There was not a single day I walked out of gym without a smile on my face and feeling exhausted at the same time. All the coaches always have high level of enthusiasm and energy. The best part is that they keep ur motivation always very high. And as they say, "It doesn't get easy, you just get stronger" . The two things that you need to work on is (STICK TO THE FOOD PLAN) and go to the gym.
Love this small group of folks, each one is ready to help you to success, ready for that next gain. Looking forward to working out with each one soon
The people at elk grove transformation center are the best! But we can only do it thanks to our excellent coaches! This place is a true total package motivation, inspiration, perspiration, and dedication and somehow while I am there reclaiming my health it is incredibly fun each and every day! I have not had this much fun working out in the past. The trainers make it fun, otherwise I would not be looking forward to getting to a gym at 5:30am. I was also able to meet the 20lb challenge and looking forward to the next one in January 2017.
The program worked for me when nothing else did. I was able to lose 27 pounds during the 6 week challenge. Great instructors at this gym and I enjoy coming to class. The music is great too. It takes a lot of hard work, but if you come to class - and stick to the plan, you will surprise yourself. I know I did !
This was the best thing I could ever do for myself! I was feeling hopeless and did not know how I would lose the weight that I had packed on in the last couple years. With the support, kindness and energy I received from Results I am proud to say I lost 20 pounds! I have also made some amazing friendships. Looking forward to Round 2 and then becoming a member. This is truly the gym for everyone...if you are overweight, scared, haven't worked out in a long time (or ever) this is the place for you!
