I stayed there (Moxy Uptown Minneapolis) because of the Marriott Brand. I am sorry to say this specific hotel is awful! We got bitten by bedbugs within minutes of laying down to watch tv! Those pests were not even shy to be in the light! We got switched to a different room where maybe there were less bugs; however, after 2 more nights I got enough bites to complain again. I have tried to contact Westin for help on an issue that cannot be done online. I have not received a response in over 1 week. This is horrible customer service. What is going to be done to resolve our issue? Our issue is that we have a reservation at Ka'anapali Ocean Resort in Maui. The hotel is closed due to the fires in Maui. We made the reservation almost a year ago and there are no other hotels available. Since we are not going due to the hotel not being open we would like to change our reservation to 2024 without losin... read more

Springhill Suites Savannah I-95 South 4 Gateway Blvd East (Exit 94) I recently stayed at this hotel during the week of August 13, 2023 for work. I read all the reviews before going and took a chance. The 4.0 is a HOAX. The hotel look nice on the surface, but needs a disinfectant underneath. When I got to my floor all the maids were cleaning the rooms with bins all out in the hallway, and blocking the elevator. I wasn't trippin because... I was like hell at least the room clean. Well well... it was cool till I got to the bath... read more

Booked a room at $159.78 Got credit card charge was added 96.40 for different thing. Didn’t know till after my card was charged and no refunds. What rip off. The one extra charge was for cleaning and another was for booking on there web site. Usually it’s less if one used the web. Be live and learn. LOL.
