My daughter was employed by Pathfinder’s franchised bar ‘Aloft’ and was sexually harassed by a guest. She was told to let it go and not let it get to her by management. When she reported the managers disregard to HR, she was fired. I believe the Marriot is better than this kind of behavior. This was at Aloft inside the Marriot ‘Aloft SW, Austin TX. The legal name is Path 6 Hotel. Employees should not be treated this way

I stayed at this location 10/07-10/08. To make a long story short, one of the employees walked in my room just as I had gotten out of the shower. It was a male worker, there was no knock or notification whatsoever about anyone coming in. I still do not know what the employees role was at the hotel. My sister and I weren’t comfortable for the remainder of our stay but due to lack of time since we were there for a conference and were on a tight schedule we regretfully stayed. I was billed for two hotel rooms at the town place suites hotel in Harrisburg Hershey PA for one night.I have a Gmail from that hotel showing that the reservation was cancelled when the reservation person made the reservation at the wrong hotel.I got a hold of Marriott corporate and explained the situation and they said they would not refund the money to the son's of amvetts.everything was recorded by both parties I would like to talk to someone.
