I had booked a room in February for August, unfortunately I was unable to attend my concert, I had to sell the tickets, and I forgot to cancel the room. I was charged $500 on my credit card, when I called about it, the representative offered no apologies or sympathy, just well you should have cancelled. I understand it was my responsibility to cancel, but please have your staff go through some training and be upfront about the high charges.

Will never go back. Consistently terrible service, front desk staff that lie and charge you for the full price after you’ve already paid for your booking in full. Thief’s with no accountability within management

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! Stayed over night for a celebration. Had a smoke outside in the smoking area. Didn't see a place to throw my cigar down. I didn't want to just leave it on the ground so I placed the cigar inside a plastic bag and placed it inside the trashcan. I would never smoke inside a room. But was charged 250.00 for smoking inside my room. I explained that I didn't smoke inside my room and asked if they smelled smoke. They said no and charged me anyway. The manager, Chris J******, at the Fairfield Inn, Oak Creek, WI, is very discriminatory when dealing with his African American employees. He likes to raise his voice and become a dictator instead of a manager. As a paying African American customer, this gross negligence towards his VERY few minority employees is distasteful. As a guest often at the Fairfield Inn, I have observed and listened to him dismiss & yell at his employees for his Caucasian customer satisfaction.
