I have recently fell ill and have always tried to make timely payments. I had intended to buy a 85 inch TV a stand. it has been two years and still paying it should be paid off . I pay 120 every two weeks iI I have bought other things from them with no problem and paid it off. New management came in and it seems like they are robbing me. I tried calling them all they say is I owe them money. Besides the tv was used. I say am done paying I think I paid this company enough. Hopefully something can be done with the way they do business.
I have fully purchased 2 different items from here in the past 5 years. Each time the salesperson is great at the start, but turns bad after that first visit. If a payment was late in any way, they would harass 2-3 times daily until it was paid. This wouldn't be bad if the preferred contact way was used. This is my 2nd time renting with acceptance now . The 1st time was flawless but this time it has been such a horrible experience. I told acceptance now to come pick up their furniture about 2 weeks ago . And they instead offered a settlement offer of ***** within 45 days to close out my agreement . Last night, I paid it . They added on an extra Rental agreement to bedset at the last minute because they didn't carry the original frame , and since then I've been denied a grace ****** on my payment of 4 days , I don't mind paying the late fee it's just the manager is far from professional or courteous will definitely NEVER recommend Nor use this Company again !

I came into the store on 6/27/23. I was looking to rent a product, while in the store the manager ****** was with a customer, an employee came to him for assistance with a call. To which he responded "why the h*** did you hand me this call." He then proceeded to go on a rant about the phone call at the front desk berating this employee. I have tried for 6 months to access my online account, no one at the store or customer service center will help me. keep getting ticket numbers for escalation which is a joke because no one calls back and still no help. cant reset password on website it never actually sends a email I read all the complaints listed below with the response call customer service . what a joke they don't help either star rating one , only because I had to choose ******* star option
