I have had the absolute worst experience with them. Theyve done nothing but harass me and be so rude when trying to handle business with them. The manager is so hateful and thinks its okay to threaten customers.

Would give them 0 stars out of 10 if I could. Nightmare began in 12/2016, rented an item, paid, and returned when done. To this day, they still are reporting as Acceptance Now on my credit report that I was/am late in payments even though their merchandise was returned in EARLY 2017, and I'm writing this in OCTOBER 2023. I just want them off all three of my credit reports. Word to the wise...never ever do business with this company.
They have been contacting a number thats not on my file never been on my file no where but some how they got her number so I would love to know how that happened and called the number multiple times
Very rude unprofessional an ghetto no customer service skills what so ever each an every last of them needs to be fired after reading reviews I decided to go to another company which they had already taken money off my card so I quickly called back asking for a refund before we went any further with the process I asked 5 times for a refund which I still havent received my money Ive waited the **** business days still nothing they are scammers but they definitely had the right one

They sent us a damaged product and we returned it they said they could come for it at Friday at 5pm never showed me and wife left to corpus for the rest of the weekend and they got mad because they couldnt pick up on Saturday when we arranged for Friday and they never showed after they had there product returned I wanted to try for something different and they denied me due to thats not the way the do business saying I refused to give them there product when they never showed up the day they set this place is very unprofessi... read more

Runaround all week. ***** the manager obviously doesn't want your business and gets a kick out of making you think hes busy and that hes gonna call you right back in 10 minutes. Dont fall for that (Twice)I'll never go through any rent a center ever again ***** ruined that for me by constantly lying about the item I bought on Saturday. Pick up was for Tuesday. They took 2 payments from me I called to ask when they will be delivered they said they needed me information again even though I entered it all online and have been a customer of theres for years but my normal person no longer works for them. Told them cancel and I want a refund. They said ok it will process in 24 hours but here it is 4 days later and its still taken out of my account and I havent gotten a refund.
