This company is ridiculous. I have had my phone number over 20 years and they continuously harass me because someone used my number when making a purchase from them. Their customer service is absolutely rude and would not do anything about it or remove my number and hung up on me when I requested a manager. They keep telling me if I pay then they will stop bothering me. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

***** is the most rudest, most disrespectful person working at the location. He doesn't know how to be professional at all. He harasses even after scheduled pick up time. If you schedule a time for them to come and get the item he doesn't show up on time to get it but harasses you. He damaged my door when getting the item. ******** is a horribly ***** and judgmental woman she was working the front desk when I went in to pick up the item that I had been approved for and signed an agreement to. I even made the first payment. This location is an absolute joke, I tried to get a mattress and and bed frame from here after paying off my washer and fryer I got from another location that was behind from me being on bed rest for a high risks pregnancy well documented store manger understood I even got a check for same as cash to use again and ordered everything called to see the delivery time and was told oh jk we've canceled it ur not getting the items

My furniture still have not been fix and its been over 6 months I called file complaints and nothing been done. My furniture is now paid off and I cant even enjoy it because of the delays and broken promises. There has to be something done about this situation Im have look into a lawyer and take this to court I will never buy furniture again from this company ZERO STAR

They They told me I was approved for $1600 credit. They took money from my account for a Down payment On a Tool set. They were supposed to deliver it To my house. It never came. Sure I called today and they said that I'm actually not approved. I just want to know Why they took money from my account.they lied to me saying approved than call say I wasn't if I don't get my money im go to courts

This is the most unprofessional business I've ever delt with. They are constantly changing my payment dates then harassing me claiming I'm late. Each time I speak with them they claim it will be fixed . The next week I go though the same thing. One sales representative has called me at work saying he's on the way to my house. I always say okay I'm obviously at work. The same sales representative has on more than one occasion tried to get me to send my payment to his personal phone.
