I recently worked there was injured on the job the manager told me so what and was fired the next day
******************...I was told i will get a refund on a product never delivered. This was in august of this year. Here it is 2 months later, still havent recieved my refund. Called corporate they was no help. Called local store and manager was very rude. RAC i want my money back pls. Im on disability living on a monthly check. You are a multimillionaire company. Its nothing to return ****** for an item i never recieved, shame on you!!!

I applied for credit and was awarded x/week. On October 9th I placed an order and made my first payment. I scheduled delivery for the 11th. On the 11th I was unable to contact the store because the phone was disconnected. I called the main customer support number and was told that they were able to get a hold of the district manager, and my item would still be delivered that evening. We rent at the ******** ** @ ***************. we rented a couch in June of this year about a month ago the love seat broke. I called they sent the tech out the following day (I had issues with timing because they didnt come at the time they said so only my daughter was home) thats not my issue tho. I truly regret purchasing a bed **************** through them. The only reason I went this route in the first place is because I was just moving into a new home so, I couldnt afford to pay for this fully upfront. Very poor experience they tried to auto ******* account on a week I'm not paid then they all are a rude when I call the store to get the issue resolved I would need to pay extra I then asked for cooperate they then provided the number to resolution team I could go but I rather not waste anymore time

I am absolutely appalled by this business. Upon delivery, the tiles in my kitchen were shattered! I contacted rent-a-center and they offered me $125 off my contract, which is laughable because they do not make the rules anymore and we have to rip up our entire kitchen to replace the broken tiles so they match. Im constantly harassed twice a week by phone for payment to both contact numbers provided.their staff constantly come to my home harassing to get their merchandise, which explained my stepson has the game in ******* somewhere that his mother took him.
