Horrible is a good word.. Curt staff, no advance notice of inoperating pool in the summer and filthy elevators .. We waited 3-4 hours for shampoo The valet guy was the ONLY good thing about our stay here.. Come on guys, you can do better!
The hotel is BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT! Great customer service. The valet parking men where great. I enjoyed myself the whole time there.

The water in shower was slow draining had to keep cutting it off. I misplaced my port for charger and the lady went in little area and said it's $15, I asked where w Wal-Mart was she was like Walgreens is a couple miles up. Girl I didn't ask you that. The room smelled like old mop water as soon as you step in. Danny the valet and bellman was awesome. You have to love ppl to have job like this.
