THE WORST EVER!!! Do not stay here if you can avoid it. The manager on duty at the time of our check in, Haley was rude, unhelpful. Promised one thing and given another. This used to be a wonderful gem in Charlotte but but not any longer. Having stayed here many, many times we are saddened by the horrible experience we have had with Haley. Truly the worst. Stay anywhere else - their attitude is terrible!!!!
Got married here 5 years ago and stay every year for our anniversary. We always get the royal treatment. Love it! Very lovely upscale hotel with amazing courtyard for drinks, relaxing, breakfast, etc. Can walk to Southpark Mall and Pops in the Park during the summertime. Highly recommend!

Great hospitality , friendly and comfortable stay
My husband took me there to relax for my Birthday and I loved it. Get customer service, everyone was so nice. The food there was excellent. Everything you need so convince. I can not wait to return.
