Room was clean the bed and feather pillows were wonderful. Beautiful hotel. Restaurant food and alcohol is very pricey and the food was only ok but staff was great. Front desk staff was very nice. Elevators are slow. 2nd floor balcony inside are amazing if you love people watching. We were very comfortable nice place to relax. Hotel is located in a beautiful safe area within walking distance to many places including the mall. I would recommend this hotel to friends and I will be staying here again.
Very convenient to the shopping mall. Valet greeting wasn't the best nor at check in. Afterwards, the valet associates were accommodating. One of the front desk associates seemed unwilling to help. Everyone else was great! Servers at the bar and at breakfast were superb!
I won't stay here ever again!!!!!!! The rooms were very clean but it was very hot. They had NO air conditioning the entire weekend. When we checked in on Friday the least they could have done was gave us the courtesy of telling us that they had no air conditioning. We suffered the entire weekend and their attitude was we have no air so deal with it. We were going to be charged for our room whether we stayed or left. Worst hotel EVER! Its 90 degrees in our room in February and they apparently knew the AC was out before checking us in. Now, they wont let us check out without charging us. Totally ridiculous. Would never recommend anyone stay here.
The WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. They have NO air conditioning and checked guests in all weekend knowing all the AC was out without telling any of us. When brought to their attention, we've received a "tough shit" response. Bottom line: don't stay here. Ever.
