Stellar customer service. Incredibly friendly staff. I ended up chatting with one of the staff working at the entrance before I went out on a run and when I got back he handed me a bottle of water and towel. That's definitely an "above and beyond" kind of thing that leaves an impression. We'll definitely be back!
My daughter loved the American Girl package! The personalized welcome letter and milk and cookies were a big hit along with the doll bed and robes. The pink room was beautiful and the staff was amazing! Will definitely be back.
My husband and I loved our stay. The food was excellent and the customer service was Awesome. Very clean and beautiful hotel.. We've definitely found our spot when we're in town......
Extremely disappointed in the service after many prior stays here. The indoor "heated" pool was ice cold. The engineer sent down said it would take 24 hours to warm up - the pool was the reason for staying at this property on this stay. The television signal went in and out, audio only. The restaurant still had the 'wait to be seated sign' but was actually closed before their published time (on a busy Friday night). The valet and front desk clerk were not friendly at check in. A real shame.
