Excellent location, beautiful decore, quiet in rooms, comfortable living spaces, delicious menu in restaurants, very close to shopping. Safe, secure area! Upscale hotel! I had a Very happy stay! Thank you
Not a family friendly hotel. Received a call from the front desk at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday night because my two year old was tickled and laughing and playing on the iPhone. Apparently another guest complained but as professional they could have walk outside the room to check the noise level before telling me to keep him quiet�
It is a beautiful hotel with very clean rooms and wonderful staff.
This hotel's staff is awesome and went above and beyond to get anything you need. I would definitely recommend staying here. They even sent up cookies and Fiji water for all of us. Also gave us tide and bounce and let us wash our clothes at no charge. We just came from Tennessee and had a split state vacation so that was really nice that I will not be headed home to several loads of clothes. You can tell they care by the smiles on their faces. Everyone that works here wants you to enjoy your stay.
BEAUTIFUL hotel....Very Friendly Staff as Well as the Guest...Will be back in 2 years for cousins Graduation...
So, these people are super rude. They apparently hang up when you ask questions about your reservation, they are rude with parking and they are rude at check in. Everyone with the exception of the housekeeper left a bad taste in my mouth.
