Its my second time here love the whole thing the staff the accomodations the food the bartender Kyle he kept fixing my phone for me Danny is cool great shopping a 5 minute walk away

After being held up at the airport and feeling the effects of Hurricane Irma this hotel not only welcomed me but my service dog!!!! After running out of dog food the kitchen was nice enough to cut up chicken for him!!! Thanks so much!!!!

Fabulous hotel!!! All the associates were very nice and professional. Next time I'm in Charlotte I will be staying there again!!!!
Was visiting a friend the decor was colorful they have these funky seat that look like spinning tops
Hotel is gorgeous. Checking was awesome. Manager was helpful. They even upgraded our room. That said. Breakfast was unfortunate. I had no choice but to tweet this. "Found hair in breakfast @Marriott #CharlotteRenaissance They gave me 20% off & charged me for the rest. Still hungry. Total fail! ��" My breakfast was contaminated you should have taken it off the bill. The dish was $12. I had maybe 4 bites. Found a nasty short and curly in my eggs and I stopped immediately. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star hotel. Not sure what the official rating is but not a 4 or 5. Basic ammentaties here. The immediate area is nice around the hotel but not busy at all for a Friday night outside of Charlotte. Makes you wonder. Breakfast was rediculous for $20/plate. Have had a lot better buffets in a holiday Inn where breakfast was included. Not a bad stay though. Vallet guys are awesome.
