Great stay. The rooms were spacious and clean.
I travel frequently for business and strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. During my visit to CLT I had expensive items disappear from my room. The most concerning part is the lack of staff and management cooperation. I rarely make reviews but I am warning other travelers. Watch out for thieves! Close to $500 of my apparel was taken from my room (shirt, pants, shoes, and earrings) and the hotel will not reply to my inquiries. I did not receive a reply to my online submission either. I have been requesting their cooperation for a week and they still will not correspond or help me locate the items.
This is our first time staying here & we are very pleased with how friendly everyone is & the room is very nice.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
My children & I really enjoyed our stay here!! The design of the hotel and rooms caught my eye immediately. Very cozy and comfortable stay. The only issue I had was no access to HDMI for my son who is an avid gamer.
The rooms are great, updated and contemporary. Very friendly staff! Great location.
