The front desk has responded in a timely manner. There’s lots of comfortable, yet private, places to sit and talk. The lobbies are gorgeous! The tree covered patio is a breath taking, unexpected beauty of a hide away! Our room has an attached balcony that is roomy, comfortable and over looks the beautiful lobby and water feature. Great decor and great customer service
Birthday ruined!! The pillows feel like bricks. The bed is as hard as the floor. No microwave anywhere. Old coffee creamer that curdles and has made me sick. When I flushed the toilet, the water shot up and sprayed all over myself and the floor. Had to use the towels provided to clean up the mess myself. Gross. Water in shower is cold only. Laundry facility is closed so now I have to go buy clothes. In other words, very unsatisfied with this hotel.
