If you want the worst possible customer service possible, then this is the place to go. The people in the service department are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. We took our car in for a 8 am appt and was promised it would be done by noon. Debbie flat out lied to our face saying we told her we would wait until they closed at 5 pm. We even had one of them tell us to step ouside when we told her we wanted it back and would go elsewhere for our service. Went in to buy a truck told jack the sales man on the phone what i wanted he said yes he could do that i made 3 trips there jack still said yes he could find me a new truck under 25 k then today some other guy called me and said could not do it
Great time getting my first car!! Donny was very helpful. He even came and helped me jump start my car when I accidentally left my lights on and killed my battery.
