Man I thought I made a good choice going to terry Thompson Chevrolet in daphne when buying my truck, because of what they claimed from the service department. I am not one to complain but After almost 4 weeks of having issues and consistently calling the service department and never getting a solution or never receiving a call back and kept being assured I was next in line for a loaner car and to get my truck fixed. I purchased a 2020 Chevy duramax in late September from RJ blamlett and tony Schmidt the sale manager also assisted in the sale , it has been nothing less than a nightmare since then , when I purchased the truck it was still in transit from the assembly line . The truck showed up a few days later and they delivered it to my house , the truck had two scratches in it and a small dent .
