They tell you one thing but do another. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for my oil to be changed. I have been coming here for a long time to get my oil changed. Never again. Don't tell your customers an hour and 10 minutes and I come and ask where my car is and then you tell me another ten minutes then you tell me any second then you tell me they are pulling it up now. Thanks to my sales guy Tyler Ross. I had a great experience at Reliable Chevrolet. He helped me pick out the perfect car for me. He made me feel comfortable. He really worked to get me what I wanted.
