Horrible experience yesterday when my husband and I went there. Staff was very rude.
I have never bought a vehicle from Reliable and never will after the service I got on Friday! My wife and I drove from Joplin to look at a couple trucks we had seen online. The salesman came to the car and immediately asked to see the registration for the vehicle we had to trade before we even got to see any of the trucks. Chandler was our sales rep and he was great and listened to our wants and needs regarding a truck. We were driving a Dodge Durango and were not happy with it. Chandler asked us detailed questions about what we were looking for and tried his best to meet those needs. We could not be happier with the truck we drove home which was a Chevy Silverado. My friend and I came into Reliable Chevrolet today not sure what to expect. We were greeted by amazing people who were smiling and seemed to be loving their jobs.
