RecommendedBooked an appointment for oil change, some recalls and check out transmission shudder/hard shifting. All of that was noted at time of appointment. Show up and all techs are off so could only get an oil change unless I wanted to leave my truck for 4 days. Mike the service writer was awesome. The cashier had RBF and was beyond rude.

Fire their incompetent tire service workers. They destroyed my rims on 2 different occasions when I brought my 2018 Silverado in for a simple flat repair. It took 10 hrs to fix my flat and then said nothing when they knew they destroyed my rims.
