Went in pre-approved, ready to buy a Camaro that a salesman said they had. I got there, and that car had miraculously sold earlier that day. They offered me another car, promised a comparable price, so I stayed to listen. They were completely unreasonable with what they offered on my trade in, and even more so with their counter offer on the Camaro. I got up from the table because it wasn't even worth trying to negotiate at that point. I'll get my Camaro, but it won't be from Reliable!!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Every single person involved with our purchase, was so helpful, We would recommend them 200% They were the best! Thank you, to each one of you!!
If you are in the Market for a new Chevrolet be warned stay away from Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield, Mo. Service is extremely sub par. One example had my truck in their service department for almost 10 days for a Bluetooth connection issue with my stereo. got the truck back and the issue is worse, the steel only works half the time now and the truck had over 186 miles out on it while in their care. I could go on and on but you all get the point. Please use caution if you plan on using Reliable Chevrolet.
If anyone is in the market for a Chevrolet I highly recommend Tyler Nation!! He was very laid back and down to earth. Felt like I had known him forever. Was very honest and no pressure!! Thank you Tyler for your wonderful customer service!
Terrible experience at this place..trying to sell me another car saying they can cut me a deal. And low ball me on my car that I bought from them over a year ago! In order to get me into a newer car but I clearly said I don't want negative equity and still tried pressuring me into getting another car after I was screwed over on the car I bought in October of 2014 from them. Wish we could give Derek Jones more than a 5 star rating he deserves it! In 2014 we bought a car from him and it's been the best.
