Service Review: I had a great experience here. Brought my 2015 Cruze in for a burning oil smell from the engine. Got assigned Steve for a service advisor who was on point. He was very nice, respectful, and always had good communication (which is rare!). The tech who worked on my car, Randy, appears to have treated the vehicle like his own, putting the upmost care into it. I don’t recommend getting brake service there. I took my vehicle to Turner in June 2020 because my brakes were squeaking, which to my understanding, is an indicator they may soon need replaced. I was told by the service tech that I had 4.32 tread and there was no issue. I’ve been working from home since March 2020 so I may have driven 1000 miles between June and November .My brakes started making a grinding noise last week so I took my vehicle back today. I had the best experience at Frederick. I have to say that Shane went above and beyond to get me answers that I needed when I bought my vehicle here. I appreciated that he and one of the finance guys stayed after hours to get things straightened out and make me a very happy customer. Had a great experience buying a car yesterday. Quick easy process and the salesmen dont try to hover you too much. Only downfall was the vehicle i purchased didnt have a full tank of gas when i drove it off the lot. Every other car i had purchased anywhere else always came with a full tank of gas. Other than that flawless

About a year ago I got my car a 2019 Chevy equinox from Kenny Kent. After I experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced I was still happy with my purchase because it was the car I wanted.
