Last two vehicles I bought here had a problem a couple weeks later that their so called warranty would not cover. I told myself I would never go back, but against better judgement I did. I was looking for a new truck and they had some really good prices. But after you consider how bad they lowball you on your trade-in (close to $5,000 on KBB trade-in value) and try to screw you over on your financing, they have the worst prices. I had a great experience here, as my husband and I were on our way to shop for hunting items, I asked him to stop so I could check out some different cars. They where just finishing up with a big sale promotion from that morning and I was lucky to meet Terry Doyle who, with a test drive and talking me through all the features helped me realize I had found my car, He made the process easy and I got a good deal too. We only take our Cruze here because my husband travels a lot for work and wants the records. Otherwise, we would change the oil and do tune ups ourselves. They quoted us one price then when we paid it suddenly became $50 more expensive. And why does it take 3 hours to change the oil? You couldn't even have the decency to give a loaner car. And when we told the service manager about this he just rolled his eyes. Wow. Can't believe this is what they call customer service!
We recently switched from having primarily BMWs to needing an affordable SUV. Chevy worked with us on our trade in, stayed within our requested payments, and within a reasonable amount of time, we had a new SUV. We even had leather seats put in about a week later and had quick service with that. Thanks DJ and Matt for helping us with our purchase and the new seats! Hoping for great service to continue in the future!
These people refuse to accept helpful criticism and will take down any review that is not good. This will probably be removed soon. A good friend of mine was told to sell his Journey to a different dealership (Ford) and sell it there and then they will make a deal. Very unprofessional.
Never ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. They could care less about the customer and more about their profit. Worst mistake you can EVER make is purchasing ANYTHING from this joke of a place.
So i wanted to let everyone know about my "wonderful" (sarcasm) customer service with the Reliable Chevrolet of Springfield. Here's my long story. My car got about 1-2 inches of water inside the passenger side of my car during the flooding because it went into a ditch.
