We've done a LOT of business with Reliable over the years, and we've always loved Chevy trucks and SUVs. We usually feel like we get 'taken' to some degree - they just can't seem to get that payment down quite as far as we need it for some inexplicable reason. But we've got a new lease now, and it has been one thing after another! They owe us a refund - oddly enough, Ally Bank owes us half of it, and it's supposed to take them 30-45 days to get it to us - RIDICULOUS! - and Reliable was supposed to have the other half to us b... read more

I wish there was an option for 0 stars... I'll start with, we were "pre approved" for a certain vehicle, drive an hour, wait 30-45 minutes to be told that they sold the vehicle that we had an appointment to test drive and sign paperwork on... 3 hours prior, 1 hour prior, and someone even told us it was sold in the morning, so who knows when it was actually sold. Called to get a quote for a car repair for my insurance and they refused to even look at my car let along give me a quote unless I ordered parts to fix it....which I couldn't do until the insurance approved it. What a rotten way to do business!

Had an amazing experience buying our vehicle! The staff there are helpful, kind, and courteous! Rich Hert and his team along with finance treated us like we were number one! Would recommend them all the way and will be back every time we need a car!

Dillion from the used truck was nice, couldn't stand Rich. He was rather pushy. I didn't like him at all , when I said I couldn't afford it, he said well too late you bought a car, but didn't put down payment on it. But I knew the loan wouldn't go through. He didn't listen . He didn't want to give me car back .
