Tried to call service using the phone number on this page. Computer answered and direct to dial 1 for service. Rang 4 times and then computer came back on and said it wasn't a valid number and hung up. NEVER talked to a live person.
Unless you have unlimited time don't bring your vehicle here to have work done. I had a 7:30 appt it's now 4 hours later, and they informed me it will be another 3 hours...just for 2 new tires and inspection.
WOW! Is all I have to say! Came here to buy a car, THANK GOD i didn't sign any paperwork because we went back in forth 3 times with a higher amount on the car than they were offering online! When we confronted them about it all they could do is argue so we offered them a reasonable price for the car that they could not take.. Ridiculous! Only like $1000 below what they were asking for it online. Excellent customer service! Started bringing both vehicles here for service after our Chevy dealership in Waynesville kept blowing us off, telling us things weren't covered when they actually were, and were charging us for things that were still under warranty. These guys have never let us down! They actually waived out entire bill for having to wait so long. HIGHLY recommend these guys!!
We bought a 2010 chevy silverado hybred ......and we have gotten phone call on a monthly basis to trade it in , We have told them everytime we r not intereted many many times but they still keep calling...... we are an older couple dont want another payment and we r perfectly happy with our truck. I know you will delete this, Purchased a key for my 2002 Trailblazer ($50.00) was told "it works great" and did not work, Then was told they would not refund this! Thanks for taking my money and giving me a worthless key! oh, AND for being dishonest!
Sometime in March or early April I called Reliable Chevrolet to make an appointment to have the recall preformed on our HHR. They told me that they would order the part for our car and when it came in they would call me to set up an appointment to have the work performed. I finally receive a call on Friday June 6th. What an amazing dealership! They really helped me get the best deal on my van. After the sale ended they were still working for me. I highly recommend The Big Lot!
Best service ever! Went in for a check engine light 2 days before a trip, they got me a loaner car so I could get to work and all my last minute running. I was in the waiting area foe about 10 minutes were I was offered coffee or water. To my surprise I got a complete inspection and new thermostat at no charge( all under warranty) and to top it all off they cleaned my car! Amazing!
