Good service. I was told something over the phone and they kept their word. Josh Fenelus is very transparent and cares for his customers.
Very disappointed that courtesy driver refuses to wear a mask even when asked to do so by paying customers. Take your business somewhere that takes the health of their customers into consideration.

I scheduled an appointment for my recall and it was confirmed. When I arrived at Hendrick I was told that there would be no problem with the recall and that I would be back up and running within a few hours. I left my car overnight and waited for a call to pick up but I never received one. I called the next day and was told that Hendrick's key machine was down and my recall couldn't be completed. My wife and I traded in two cars and purchased two cars from Frederick Chevrolet and it was a great experience. The best experience was with Rick Barlow. We’ve been working with him for years now and the way he treats us never changes. He always listens to exactly what we need and want. He’ll always make it happen for us and not by just putting us in a vehicle with astronomical interest rates. Treating us with respect and like family is what makes us come back. We had an awesome experience with Cody buying a new truck. We had called and said what truck we wanted to look at it and they had it ready and waiting for us. They got us an easy approval and was in our range. Would highly recommend.

Service department WAY overcharged for a minor job. $400 for a fan belt. I argued the point, but was told "tough". Used to be a good dealership, but that's a thing of the past. They won't be selling me any more new vehicles.
