I went to have my oil changed this morning from Reliable where I bought my car. The service guy asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I said yes since my car is under warranty & I paid for the extended warranty in November. He said it would take at least an hour. The service took over two hours & I was charged $45 for something that should've been free. They failed to let me know my warranty had expired due to the mileage.
