Great place to work! And a great place to buy a car from! And their service department is second to none!!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND!! I bought many cars there some times 2 at a time. they practice bait and switch. I taken cars to get warranty work done when I get them back they are worst than when I brought them in. they cant figure out issues so the pawn them off on other repair shops.
I GOT SCREWED! They don't tell their customers who are NOT from Missouri that the sales tax is not included into the final price or loan when you sign the papers. I've never bought a car here in Missouri so I did not know that the sales tax was not included. And now I have to come out of pocket $1700. I even double-checked to make sure I wouldn't have to pay anything and they lied to me. By the way my seat still clicks when we stop after that being one of the things they were supposed to fix while having it for 3 weeks!
Went to go look for cars, and they are they not pushy people ever! Salesman bragged about selling a limited edition truck and how much it costs while on a test drive. Called my phone about 5 times a day, after I went to Corwin and bought a Dodge they continued to call, and even with me saying I bought a car already they continued to call. Now I'm getting mail from them. Pretty annoying.
I love this place couldn't imagine working anywhere else I've got 11 years in and more to go!
This is the 3rd time I've been assisted by Reliable Chevrolet. Each time, they were fast, friendly, efficient and got the job done. This time, however, I was even more pleasantly surprised by how awesome these people really are. Kaleb greeted me as soon as I drove in and was very pleasant, but the best part was that when I was leaving Kaleb went above and beyond. I bought a 2014 Impala and it is in the shop for a 5th time for the same transmission problem. They can't seem to fix it or figure what's causing the hard down shift. I thought at some point management would get involved and let me know what's going on, but the only person calling is a customer service follow up. She hardly deserves the ear full I give her each time. I thought maybe she would pass the comments on, but it doesn't appear to happen.
