Our salesman didn't know anything about the vehicle we were looking for or vehicles in general. I was looking for a Tahoe with Max Trailering package in order to get the higher tow rating. He told me that any V8 can tow and that the Tahoe in general is capable of towing 12,000lbs which is ridiculous (it maxes out at 8600 if configured properly). We left not feeling good about the deal only to get a text with some numbers that were more in line with what we were looking for. So we came back in, the original salesman was gone ... read more
