Josh Daugherty was wonderful. He took out list of things we wanted and came back with a perfect car for our daughter. He helped make sure we were in a good price range, AND got us in and out quickly. He was friendly and helped a lot. THANKS JOSH
I didn't really plan on buying a car here. Just thought we'd drive through and look at the inventory. Then we met Chris Omeni. I'm not a fan of most car salesmen and I was not in the mood to deal with someone being overbearing and/or condescending. Chris was fantastic. He talked to us with respect and humor. My wife and I were looking to purchase a newer vehicle we decided to pull into Reliable and just check what they may have we weren't going to stop and take much time since we live in Branson and it was late in the evening. As we pulled into the lot we saw some guys out with their umbrellas in the rain as we drove on through they waved at us but that was it . He answered all of our questions and took the time to work with us to get the payments we were looking for. He and Anthony Catania made this an awesome experience. We purchased a certified used vehicle this past Saturday. I have always disliked everything about buying a vehicle. However, our experience with Reliable was much different. It was quick, no nonsense and no stress. We had extra things we needed done and the answer was yes to all of them. Thanks Austin Mitchell for treating us great and making this process easy!!!
The Sales (Jack was my salesman) and Body Shop (think it was Paul I dealt with) have been superb. Wish I could say the same for the Service Department but I can't. I give Sales and Body Shop 5s, but Service gets 1s.
Buying my first car sounded both terrifying and expensive. I walked in thinking that I would immediately be laughed out the door. A friendly young man named Miles helped me with everything I needed, including leaving work to help sort out my car insurance with me. He made the process not only simple, but enjoyable as well. Not a normal review. I work in behavioral health and one of my clients loves cars. Today I brought him to the lot to look at some of his favorite cars. We met Abraham who showed us around the lot and explained the car buying process and requirements to my client and introduced him to Kim who explained what it took and what it was like working at a car lot. It made my clients day and was a great learning experience for him! It means a lot that Abraham and Kim took time out of their days to talk with us.
