If you’re looking for a no hassle car buying experience in the used car department be sure to ask for Adam. This is an experience auto salesman. Took my 2018 Silverado (still under warranty) in due to slow starting issue. Was told in service department it would be $160 to diagnose problem and battery wasn’t covered under worry free bumper to bumper warranty. Immediately left and went to Hiley GMC whom honored the warranty and fixed vehicle no charge. I also called GM and confirmed this should be covered. I bought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon hard rock from Moritz in 2015 and will never return to any Moritz dealer again. I’m also following up with GM about this fraud.
