They were very professional, and nice people. My sales consultant Tarek Masri was very helpful, and made me feel comfortable during the sales process. They used great communication skills, and was capped off by human kindness from the manager Mr John App. I was going thru a trying from losing my mom. If you’re looking for a no hassle car buying experience in the used car department be sure to ask for Adam. This is an experience auto salesman. He answered all the questions and gave good advice when selecting the right vehicle. I recommend to Mr Hendricks to get more people like Adam on his team and watch the sales take off.

Took my 2018 Silverado (still under warranty) in due to slow starting issue. Was told in service department it would be $160 to diagnose problem and battery wasn’t covered under worry free bumper to bumper warranty. Immediately left and went to Hiley GMC whom honored the warranty and fixed vehicle no charge. I also called GM and confirmed this should be covered. I bought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon hard rock from Moritz in 2015 and will never return to any Moritz dealer again. I’m also following up with GM about this fraud.
