So a employee driving the wrapped suburban/Tahoe was coming out of McDonald's obviously grabbing lunch cuts me off to the point of stopping my truck in the middle of the road. I call down and speak to someone who is supposed to be in charge but obviously is more comfortable selling cars rather than dealing with his employees who don't know how to drive. I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze and my experience was above my expectations. My sales guy, Austin Killian was fantastic. No pressure at all to buy anything. He said, the car speaks for itself and he was right. I know people are apprehensive about car salesman, but there's no need to be with Austin. I'd definitely recommend Reliable Chevrolet to anyone and I'd tell them to ask for Austin. Thanks for everything!
I had an amazing experiment here when buying my first car. I had lots of help and really worked with me considering I was not as prepared as I should have been. Everyone was quick to help and Chris Berg was amazing and very straight forward with me. He made sure I was taken care of completely. I walked in with doubts and walked out with a new car and that I was sure was the right choice! Would highly recommend.

I took my car in for a recall issue on the passenger seat, when I picked it back up that afternoon first thing I noticed was my front windshield on passenger side is busted so I go back inside and spoke with Nick Shanders who had assisted me when I brought it in that morning, I told him my windshield was busted and it wasn't that way when I dropped it off??? Went in just to see what I would qualify for and tristen got me into an 09 cobalt. Never once did I feel pressured to buy and he did everything he could to work with me. I honestly believe based off of my experience today I will be back in the future and will be recommending not only this dealership but tristen to everyone I know.
