I took my 2015 Silverado in on Monday to trade in and Tristan Tanner was the first one to welcome me. I saw online that they had a used 2015 Dodge Dart sxt coming soon. I went in and it wasn't on the lot yet because it had a crack in the windshield. Simply should be called UN-reliable chevy. I believe that's what describes it best. Drove 4 hours and Lied to us, thought we'd buy a truck that wasn't the one that was in the pictures, but I think they got a bigger surprise when we didn't buy the vehicle! Needs to be called "UNReliable Chevy"!!! We just drove 250 miles to buy a truck that we seen on their website! Talked to them numerous times over a 2 day period! Already had paperwork done! Got there and it was the wrong truck!! So sorry someone put the wrong picture with the description!!! I am so mad I could choke all of them!!! Best customer service around, friendly, and fun. I couldn't be happier with my car purchase, and I was lucky to have Jeff Romans helping me out! He was very helpful and understanding as I changed my mind every five minutes!
I wouldn't bring anything to them ! I brought my car in & told them I think it's wheel bearing or rotar( vibrates when stopping ) They keep the car 24 hours before they even looked at it & then after 26 hours I drive there to tell them I will take them for a drive so they can see what it does ( since they said it didn't do anything for them ) they say NO we don't need that ! Then they have a $1299 estimate in 30 minutes !!! I wouldn't take them anything unless you want it to take forever & pay 4 prices & be treated like crap... read more

They quoted my wife 2100 dollars to fix her car, with a list of things they found wrong being.. Water pump, radiator, thermostat, and a couple hoses, I contacted them an couldn't get a straight answer from anyone about the car, come to find out it was a 35 dollars fix an the car is as good as new! The only thing wrong with the car was the water pump seal! My advise to you is stay away from these crooked bastards!
