Went in there today with a beat up older car. Didn't have much hope. I left with a new 2016 Chevy Cruz. These people will work with you. Yes, I had average credit but enough to work around. I could not be happier at this point. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with any doubts. I am living proof that pretty much anyone can get a car here, maybe not the car you want, but the car you need.
Had the opportunity to go in last Saturday and make a car purchase and I was very satisfied. John chase was my salesman and he made it A very easy, non-stressful, fast-paced process. He was super easy to talk to and understood exactly what I wanted and made sure I was 100% happy before I left. Couldn't thank him enough. �
Do not buy a vehicle here. It took us 6 trips in 3 days for them to get all the paperwork correct. Then they charged us for a temporary tag. Also, when they detailed our vehicle they took our garage door opener out of the vehicle and didn't return it. I will NEVER buy a car from Reliable again.
