I feel like you do not care about your customers. It took 2 hours to do an oil change that I had scheduled an appointment for. And when asked about the problem I am having with my emergency break you brushed off the problem. I will take it to a different mechanic and get oil changes done by someone else.
I’ve always loved John Miles Chevrolet for the customer service and the work dine in my vehicles. However, I was greatly disturbed that not one worker was wearing a mask or face shield as they walked around the building. I kind of felt like that was very disrespectful to the hundreds of thousands of people that have lost their lives to the pandemic. I will rethink taking my business back here.
