After posting a bad review about a price communication issue, one of the managers reached out to my wife. They corrected the situation and apologised for the incident. Granted I'd rather not have had the issue in the 1st place, they did go out of their way to win our satisfaction.
I wasn't actually in the market for a vehicle but I found a 2015 Chevy Impala at Reliable Chevrolet that was exactly what I was eventually wanting to get and the price was so great I decided to make the purchase. I live about 4 hours away and called them on a Monday and they were nice enough to hold the vehicle for me till Saturday when I could make it down there to Springfield.
