BEWARE WOULD RATE -5 STARS IF I COULD. Worst Chevrolet dealership in Texas. Charged me 8hrs of work at 200/hr when it physically had been only 4 hours. Told me I can’t take my car home if I dispute it, and won’t give me a loaner either unless I pay $40 PER DAY. Incredibly disrespectful and shameless and will charge you ridiculously till you’re broke. Manager Brian is no help either, he told me it’s “book hours” so 4 hrs at 200/hr is charged 8 hrs this is how we make money. He said you can wait for his manager till next week ... read more
⚠️ Warning!This company does not care about first responders. If you're a first responder, do not waste your time with this dealership. Macmulkin does not want to sell a vehicle to a first responder simply because they will make more money selling it to someone else. I raised this question to manager (Tony Dillberg) that they would rather sell the vehicle to someone other than a first responder because they would would make more money and he said YES, you are correct.
