We went to Reliable again today and purchased our 3rd CPO Used Chevy from them (after having an accident and totaling the 2nd one). Today we met with Jeff Romans and I can honestly say he was the best salesman we've ever delt with there. He knew what he was talking about and didn't BS us at all. He was honest and straight forward from the beginning which you don't always get from a used car salesman. We traded in our vehicle today and worked with Lumi (as well as a few others). I can say in all honesty, that Lumi was a great guy, he was patient, understanding and personable. We have been in the market for a used SUV for awhile. I was constantly looking and researching until we had the money for a down payment. We originally went in to test drive a suv. I was disappointed, not in the dealership but in the SUV itself. Justin Apple and Big Dave have turned me into a Reliable fan
Wow, this place is so shady! Took my truck there for a bad fuel pump. The OEM part is $200 (if you don't shop around). Labor is approximately 2 hours. Reliable Chevrolet quoted me over $1000 for the job! OK, it's their business, they can charge whatever they want. The shady part is that they thought I was traveling through (I have out of state plates) and they had me over a barrel.
