I had requested service to have my bathroom sinks drains cleaned. When the employee showed to my house, he was rude from the beginning. When assessing my request, the employee stated he couldn't find anything wrong and proceeds to tell that I should just do this myself. If I wanted to do this job myself, I would not have called this company. I was shocked when I heard this. He proceeds to continue to be rude with me in my own house. We had water leaking into basement after a rain. I contacted Reliable Plumbing and Scott and Josh came to our home and suspected tree roots could be the cause of an outdoor clogged drain pipe, The plumbers used a camera and confirmed tree roots, they jetted high pressure water into clog to rid the roots. Scott and Josh did an excellent job and were both professional and very informative on what they were doing to correct the problem. The service exceeded our expectations. We had issues with our sump pump system. Victor was courteous, polite, and professional. He provided an assessment of the entire system and noted that the battery back-up system was not working as it should. We decided to replace the system and Victor was able to install the new back-up system within a couple of hours. We can now have piece of mind with our newly installed system. We will definitely use the company again.

The young man that came to the house was courteous and tolerant of the dog. He worked quickly and quietly. He explained what he found and showed me the yuck from the basement. When naked the bathtub, he showed me the little bit of hair that was pulled out. I will not hesitate to call Reliable to come out to the house if we need further assistance.

Our toilet in the master bath was not flushing properly. Reliable was called and an appointment was set. David and Triston were on time and very courteous. They started with the least expensive fix (using the toilet auger) and progressed through to the most expensive fix (replacing the toilet). They were very thorough in their explanations and the problem has been fixed. I would not hesitate in calling them again for any future plumbing needs.
