The young man that came to the house was courteous and tolerant of the dog. He worked quickly and quietly. He explained what he found and showed me the yuck from the basement. When naked the bathtub, he showed me the little bit of hair that was pulled out. I will not hesitate to call Reliable to come out to the house if we need further assistance.

Our toilet in the master bath was not flushing properly. Reliable was called and an appointment was set. David and Triston were on time and very courteous. They started with the least expensive fix (using the toilet auger) and progressed through to the most expensive fix (replacing the toilet). They were very thorough in their explanations and the problem has been fixed. I would not hesitate in calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

Justin from Reliable was professional, polite, highly skilled and very efficient to remove and install my gas water heater. He gave the very best competitive estimate and did a wonderful job! 6 out of 5 stars! The ladies on the phone were extremely nice and helpful to arrange fast service in a day! Mike was very professional, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time and was done very quickly. No clean up required by us and he put the items back under the sink. Really great experience. Highly recommend.
