I called because the drain in my basement by my washing machine was backing up. Reliable came out within an hour, a very nice young man and he snaked the drain was a very straightforward on the price, did not try to tell me that there were more problems than what there were and everything is fixed and working as it should be. Very happy with this company for being honest and coming out as soon as they did. In addition, they sent me a text to telling me that the person was on the way and sent me an email receipt.

They were to call before they came (if they could come) but showed up before 9am unannounced and said they never call first. Supposedly snaked the clean out drain, but the water has not stopped coming up. $190 for nothing. UPDATE: While I was in the hospital, my partner called them because they hadn't fixed anything. We're now at $600 with no results.

I had water seeping up through the middle of my basement. I had a tile installed years ago through the middle of the basement floor to alleviate the seepage. I had noticed more seepage lately and that the other tiles going into the crock of the sump pump were not draining much. I called Reliable and they had some one out to the house quickly. My Service Tech Mike was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He was very accommodating in taking off his shoes at the door when entering my home. I felt the price was extremely reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. This was my first service call with this company and I was not disappointed. Jon from Reliable did such a great job! I had been depressed and worried sick about my sewer and what it was going to take to get it working properly. Jon tried a few things and was able to unclog my sewer without it costing me a fortune! He was on time, courteous, professional, and reassuring.
