They were to call before they came (if they could come) but showed up before 9am unannounced and said they never call first. Supposedly snaked the clean out drain, but the water has not stopped coming up. $190 for nothing. UPDATE: While I was in the hospital, my partner called them because they hadn't fixed anything. We're now at $600 with no results.

I had water seeping up through the middle of my basement. I had a tile installed years ago through the middle of the basement floor to alleviate the seepage. I had noticed more seepage lately and that the other tiles going into the crock of the sump pump were not draining much. I called Reliable and they had some one out to the house quickly. My Service Tech Mike was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He was very accommodating in taking off his shoes at the door when entering my home. I felt the price was extremely reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. This was my first service call with this company and I was not disappointed. Jon from Reliable did such a great job! I had been depressed and worried sick about my sewer and what it was going to take to get it working properly. Jon tried a few things and was able to unclog my sewer without it costing me a fortune! He was on time, courteous, professional, and reassuring. We can’t say enough good things about the service we received from Reliable Basement and Drain. From the time we were given the quote they put our minds at ease that they would take care of our problem no matter what! Brian and Jake are fabulous! So hard working and dedicated. They took care of our property like it was their own. We would not hesitate to call them again if needed. We highly recommend them!
