Came upon Reliable by chance in a semi-emergency situation as the basement sewer was backing up, and this was unfortunately occurring during the "stay-at-home" order as a result of the coronavirus. Reliable was able to get to us that same day, which was a Sunday, and Dakota got the drain cleaned out until he could come back w/Mark and "water jet" the remaining roots to help clean out the remainder of the line a couple of days later. They were both very professional and the service was great!

After calling 2 other companies (who didn't even bother showing up) we were recommended to call Reliable by our insurance agent who had just used them recently, and I can say without question that it was the best call I could have made to resolve the problems I was having with my drainage. My wife called early afternoon, on a busy day for Reliable, and they were at my house by 3:30. Mark and John went above and beyond to figure out the problem. Please use these guys if you're having basement/plumbing issues. ****** ******

Reliable basement and drain,are great.had 1,800 estament. An old city meter was found.they charged me 1,100.honest.and good work.polite.yes to these guys and office lady's polite and helpful.THANKS.

WE'VE HAD RELIABLE SERVICES A NUMBER OF TIMES AND WOULDN'T HESITATE CALLING THEM BACK. SERVICES INCLUDED EVERYTHING FROM PUTTING A LINE TO THE STORM SEWER TO INSTALLING A SPIGOT IN THE BATHROOM. ANY ISSUES WERE RESOLVED - NO PROBLEM.

I had my sanitary, storm and drain tiles replaced by Reliable basement inside and outside of my home. Although this type of work is very dirty, Reliable basement did a great job cleaning up after the job. The employees were professional, knowledgeable and timely. The project stayed on scheduled and I was informed of any changes or recommendations. All of my questions were addressed as the project moved along. Reliable basement stands behind its work. I would trust Reliable Basement to do any plumbing work at my home.

I have been a customer of Reliable for many years. Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Recently I had Tom and Adam repair and give an estimate for us.
